Many thanks to Trent and the Vertec Roofing team in Canberra. The recent winds blew off a corner of our roof capping and from ground level it looked quite severe. Trent was on the roof within a couple of hours of our (first ever) call, tacked it back into place to prevent water entering and gave us great advice on how we should talk through the issue with our builder given that the roof was still under statutory warranty.

Follow-up was excellent, including copies of the relevant building codes showing how the capping should have been installed, and a very reasonable quote for Vertec to fix it should the builder not be able to. Great people, responsive, fast service. Can’t fault that. Thanks team.
